Progsbase developer plan is a subscription. Once you subscribe, your credit card is charged for the first month and you can start using Progsbase immediately. Payment for the next month is then scheduled. Depending on your number of lisences, you can add that amount of users on our subscription management page. These users can then log in and use ProgsBase.
Our payments are handled by Stripe.
